If you are pregnant, book a prenatal massage.
If you have major mobility limitations (like you cannot get up and down from the floor, you cannot or do not like to be moved much, etc.) book a therapeutic massage, NOT a Thai massage.
If you want detailed deep tissue work with oil in 1-2 focus areas (especially just a 60 min appointment), consider booking a therapeutic massage.
If you want to keep your clothing on, book either a therapeutic massage or a Thai massage.
If you are intrigued by Thai massage, but you’re just not sure you want a massage on the mat, book a therapeutic massage and we’ll do some table Thai!
If you want a detailed face/neck/scalp massage with a focus on the face and TMJ work, book a Buccal Face Sculpting Massage.
If you are interested in Thai Womblifting and are NOT pregnant or TTC and near ovulation (and are at least 4 months postpartum if you’ve given birth before), book Womblifting and read more below.

No! The service “Buccal Face Sculpting Massage” is a service involving facial gua sha, facial bo jin (TCM), facial cupping, and basic lymphatic drainage techniques. It is massage on your face, neck, shoulders, scalp, and upper chest. It also includes gloved intra-oral massage. It is not a facial that you would get from an esthetician (ie deep cleansing, exfoliation, mask, extractions, etc.)

For Thai massage, wear comfortable workout gear such as loose/stretchy leggings or knee-length shorts, t-shirt or tank top. (Loose comfy cotton pants are preferred.)

Thai massage is for everyone, flexible or not! If anything, receiving regular Thai massage can increase your flexibility. When a certain stretch is too much, Susan adjusts, often using cushions for support. Some clients benefit from many stretches, and others benefit from more compressions.

If you are sick, please call/text/email as soon as possible before your appointment to discuss options. It is always helpful to have as much notice as possible before rescheduling.
