Traditional Thai Womblifting Therapy
Traditional Thai Womblifting is a 2½-hour restorative treatment performed fully clothed on a comfortable cushioned floor mat. After changing into loose-fitting clothing provided for your session, you'll experience rhythmic compressions, acupressure, and warm herbal poultices designed to invite the body into deep relaxation and reconnection. While the entire body is supported through compressions and herbal poultice therapy, the heart of this treatment is focused on the abdomen and the connective tissues surrounding the womb. The session concludes with a warm steamed herbal poultice applied to the abdomen, encouraging relaxation while supporting digestion and overall abdominal and reproductive wellness.
