Traditional Thai Womblifting is a 2½-hour restorative treatment performed fully clothed on a comfortable cushioned floor mat. After changing into loose-fitting clothing provided for your session, you'll experience deep compressions, acupressure, and warm herbal poultice massage. While the entire body is supported through compressions and the herbal poultice portion of this session, the heart of this treatment is focused on the abdomen and the connective tissues surrounding the womb. The session concludes with a warm steamed herbal poultice applied to the abdomen to encourage relaxation and overall digestive and reproductive wellness.
