Thai Massage is a deeply restorative session that creates space for harmony to be restored in the body and mind. Combining deep compressions, passive stretching, and targeted work along the body’s sen lines (Thai energy lines), Thai massage will leave you feeling revitalized and grounded. Clients experience improved mobility, increased circulation, relief from muscular tension, and some even say it feels like they were wrung out (in the best way possible!) Whether you want to increase flexibility, or perhaps you’re hyper mobile and need a more grounding treatment that supports the joints, this session includes lots of cushions for maximum comfort.

*This massage is done fully clothed on a comfortable padded mat on the floor. Please wear comfortable athletic or loose-fitting clothing.
